FAQ - Casi Mod Software
Q: Do you provide all of the lender specific documents?
A: Yes. Lender specific forms are automatically populated upon completion of the application.
Q: How do you pre qualify a loan modification?
A: Once the application is completed you can click on the analyzer and the software will automatically do it for you based on the guidelines of the the loan modification program.
Q: How do I increase my probability of attaining approvals?
A: Casi Mod provides the most effective loan modification proposal to the lenders. Be sure to study and learn the program rules and regulations from the lender rules and the proposals that is provided by Casi Mod. We also suggest that you make full use of the NPV and TILI reports to show the lender that it is in their best interest that they approve the loan modification.
Q: How to track conditions?
A: From the Loan modification worksheet is a conditions button that allow you to track and view all conditions that's needed as well as satisfied. You can also store and view all documents by clicking on the options below the window.
Q: How can I change notes?
A: Notes cannot be edited. You can only delete notes. To delete notes, travel to the Administration panel, select Delete Notes and then search for the note(s) that you wish to delete. /p>
Q: Email functionality?
A: Webmail service is not supported. In order to use email functionality, an email program needs to be installed and properly setup on the computer the software is running on.
Q: If more than one user logs in, a runtime error occurs?
A: This can occur if you only have 1 user license registered. Travel to the Administration panel, select Registration and check to see how many users are allowed access to the software at one time.
Q: The software keeps exiting after 30 minutes?
A: A timer is available that will force an exit of the software if not used. This helps networks operate more efficiently. If you wish to turn off this function, travel to the Administration panel, select Company Info and then select Settings. Change Timer to 'No'.
Q: Runs slowly?
A: There are many possible reasons for the software running slowly. Computer hardware could be affecting the performance, network configurations could be affecting transfer of data, or you may need to turn off Screen Sizing. In order to do this, travel to the Administration panel, select Users, select the individual user you wish to access and change Screen Sizing to 'No'.
